About these terms

These terms apply to the Canvasprig website and purchases of our posters and canvas prints. Our store is powered by Shopify and our products are produced and shipped by Printful. Canvasprig is your point of contact for purchases and order support. Contact us at canvasprig@gmail.com or through our contact form.

Shopping with us

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with appropriate parent or guardian authorization. Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details and use the store lawfully. We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States and Canada.

Products and descriptions

Products are printed to order. Check each product page for its size, finish, price and included accessories. Posters are supplied unframed; frames and hanging hardware are not included. Canvas prints are stretched over wood bars with mounting brackets included. Room mockups are styling illustrations, not measurements. Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colours; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed product.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Standard shipping to the United States and Canada is free, with no minimum order value. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payments are processed using the payment options available at checkout. Your final order total is shown before payment. Canadian orders are also charged in USD; your payment provider may apply conversion fees. See our shipping policy for cross-border import charges, where applicable.

Orders and errors

Review your order carefully before submitting it. If we identify an availability, pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If an order cannot be supplied or is cancelled by us, the payment for the affected items will be refunded. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Production and delivery

Allow approximately 2–5 business days for production. US standard shipping typically takes a further 3–4 business days (about 5–9 business days total). For Canada, allow a further 3–10 business days for standard shipping (about 5–15 business days total). Cross-border shipments can take 5–20 business days after production, and remote destinations or customs delays may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; the estimate provided for your individual order takes priority. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation/refund options required by law. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Address changes and cancellations

Email us immediately with your order number and the corrected address or requested change. A request is not confirmed until we acknowledge that it can be made. Changes or cancellation may not be possible once production has progressed, and an address usually cannot be changed after shipment. Applicable cancellation rights remain unaffected. If an order is returned because of customer-supplied incorrect address details, additional reshipping charges may apply and will be confirmed before reshipping.

Returns, refunds and order issues

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including a size selected incorrectly by the customer, except where required by law. This does not apply to an incorrect size or item supplied by us. Please contact us promptly about damage, defects, misprints, incorrect items or missing orders. Our returns and refunds policy explains the process and reporting requests. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Website content

Website images, designs, logos and text are owned by Canvasprig or used with permission. Buying a physical print does not transfer intellectual property rights or permission to reproduce the artwork commercially. Do not copy or commercially distribute our website content without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

Privacy and third-party services

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices. Canvasprig remains responsible for its obligations to you as the seller.

Problems and consumer rights

Please contact us so we can help resolve any concern. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, with notice where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights from orders already placed. The version in effect when your order is placed applies to that order.
